Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If you buy HookLab Pro (monthly or lifetime) and it is not right for you, email macrae@macraemyint.com within 14 days of the purchase with the email address on your account. We will review the request and, where it is reasonable, refund the payment. Please say what went wrong so we can fix it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. The 7-day free trial on the monthly plan can be cancelled before it ends to avoid being charged.

Payments for periods that started more than 14 days ago are generally not refunded.

Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment covering the life of the product, not a subscription. The same 14-day window applies.

Technical problems

If a technical problem stopped you from using the service, such as repeated failed generations, tell us at macrae@macraemyint.com and we will work out a fix, which may include a refund.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
